Job Title: Professional Handyman Technician

Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties
Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, or equipment
Install or assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed
Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of various repair and maintenance techniques
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Skills:
Carpentry skills for repairing or building structures
Plumbing skills for fixing leaks, unclogging drains, etc.
Electrical skills for replacing light fixtures, outlets, etc.
Painting skills for touch-ups or full painting projects
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems for troubleshooting and minor repairs
Familiarity with building codes and regulations
Applicants do not necessarily need to be skilled in all of these areas. If you excel in a particular area, we welcome passion and quality, specialized work. We do, however, prefer applicants who are willing to manage other more general handyman tasks as needed day by day depending on the workload available.
